Education

Dustin received his law degree in 2012 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, N.S.  He joined Kidston Helm Ross Lawyers that same year and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2013.  His practice focuses on Will and Estate Planning, Estate Litigation and Real Estate.  Dustin also practices Animal lawincluding agricultural practices and the inclusion of animals in Wills and estate plans.

Community Involvement

Dustin is proud and active volunteer in the Vernon Area. He has previously volunteered with the B.C. 4-H program and served on the board of directors for the Interior Provincial Exhibition in Armstrong. Dustin has been recognized as one of the 2016 Top 20 Under 40 for talented young business people in our community.

Fun

​

Dustin loves to make the most out of the Okanagan Lifestyle with hiking and paddling his Kayak.  He also enjoys a good book and great fun that comes with volunteering with the local Junior Chamber International chapter.
